When you access yukepo on your Android device or iOS browser, you agree to operate within the terms we set out here. These terms govern account creation, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, dispute resolution, and your rights and responsibilities as a user. We frame our service as available only in jurisdictions where local law permits—you remain responsible for confirming legal access in your location before opening an account.

We reserve the right to refuse deposits from payment methods we deem high-risk or non-compliant with our policies. We may also set minimum and maximum account preferences per transaction or per day. These limits appear in your Cashier when you attempt a deposit.
Withdrawals and account balance
You may withdraw funds from your yukepo account at any time. We process withdrawal requests during our standard operational windows. Funds are returned to your original deposit method—if you funded via mobile banking, we withdraw to your registered e-wallet. This practice verifies your identity and prevents fraud.
Withdrawal requests undergo a review window. We examine your account for compliance with these terms, verify wagering requirements on any active bonuses, and confirm your identity. Once approved, your payment provider (local payment, online payment, etc.) completes the transfer according to their timelines. We do not control their processing speed.
We reserve the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if we detect suspicious activity, breach of these terms, or potential fraud. We will notify you of any investigation and provide an opportunity to respond before making a final decision on your withdrawal request.
Your yukepo account balance is maintained in real time. Deposits, bets, and withdrawals all update instantly. Bonus credits appear in a separate balance field so you can track them separately from your cash balance.
Betting, bonuses, and promotion terms on yukepo
When you place a bet on yukepo—whether on Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, live roulette, or slot games—you understand that outcomes are uncertain and may result in loss. We do not guarantee winnings or provide refunds based on bet outcomes. Bets are settled according to official results or game logic. Disputed outcomes are reviewed according to our settlement rules, which appear in-game or in the relevant market.
We do not publish fixed bonus percentages on yukepo. Instead, we communicate active promotions through your account dashboard. Any bonus or promotion offer is conditional: you must meet eligibility criteria (minimum deposit, account verification, geographic location), and bonus credits carry wagering requirements. Wagering requirements are disclosed before you opt into a promotion. Bonus credits expire after a set period if unused. We do not extend expiry windows.

If we close your account, we will attempt to refund any remaining cash balance to your original payment method. Bonus balances and winnings from bonus bets may be forfeited depending on the reason for closure. We will provide notice of account closure and the reason where reasonably possible.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We will process your closure request and refund your remaining balance within our standard review window. Closure is permanent—we do not restore closed accounts.
